Russia, Perm region, Siva village. Evgeny Solovyov, a former police officer and Afghanistan war veteran, has been containing the House of Mercy for 5 years. The place is a combination of a nursing home, a rehabilitation center, and a hospice. The House subsists on donations and grants. Evgeny Solovyov spends long days on the road, heading home.
