About film

The film is about a simple Chechen boy from Dagestan, an outstanding machine-gunner and afterwards a machine-gun platoon commander Khanpasha Nuradilov. Khanpasha is rightly considered the most effective machine gunner of the Great Patriotic War, becoming a legend and receiving the title of Hero of the Soviet Union posthumously.
