The launch of ‘Nice Coffee Co: Our Story’ was a pivotal point in the growth of Nice Coffee Co. and influenced the development of education in Kibera. Kibera is Kenya's rugged slums. It has no schools, clinics, running water, or electricity. The project helped attract attention of tens of thousands of Australians to Kibera and generated so much emotion and empathy that it ultimately motivated people to take action or even join Nice Coffee Co.

$15,000 was raised in December 2019 to finish the school building project.
