Every day children are taken away from families who, for various reasons, are incapable of caring for them. Sarah and Salem are just two of these children. While arguing with each other over a toy, they don't yet understand the purpose behind meeting their parents. Now it's time to consider whether the children are ready to return to their homes and whether their families are ready to accept them.
