Seven-year-old Vasya and her grandfather are best friends. He tells her a secret: there’s a dog left behind — alone, back at his house. Someone has to save her. Vasya sneaks away on a secret mission, hiding it from her parents, believing it’s just a rescue. But during their fun-filled journey, she begins to see the truth. Her grandfather is sick and in that moment, Vasya realizes: the one who must be strong now — is her.
