The film raises the topic of psychological support of sick children and tells about the work of the Doctor Clown Foundation.

Hospital clowns are not professional artists but regular people who have gone through the hospital clownery school and are ready to share the warmth of their hearts with children who are on long-term inpatient treatment. The movie uses fragments of filming of clowns interacting with children and interviews of the Foundation's artistic Director Maxim Matveev, Elizaveta Boyarskaya and other friends of the Foundation.
